BRACKNELL, UK – 01 August 2017 – Portal, a leading business and technology consultancy and IBM Business Partner, today announced it has successfully retained its prestigious Platinum partner status, the highest tier within IBM’s new PartnerWorld program.
IBM’s new four-tiered PartnerWorld program moves IBM and its Business Partners from a product-centric model to one focused on competencies, customer satisfaction and revenue. Following the go live, IBM Business Partners have been transitioning to the new PartnerWorld program, which involved a rigorous re-assessment to verify status qualifications.
The Platinum level is awarded only to those partners that consistently deliver the highest level of excellence by earning at least two competencies (one at Expert level), achieve significant sales success, and can demonstrate verifiable client satisfaction.
Demonstrating its proven capabilities and expertise in IBM technologies to help clients succeed in their digital transformation, Portal achieved an impressive eleven competencies – including five at Expert level.
IBM evaluated Portal as a SPECIALIST in six competency areas:
